Just cuffed sweatpants kind of thing. Aldi released them in Australia yesterday for their ski weekend. Cunts are probably near-on sold out everywhere by now.

I ended up buying them, yeah they're actually really good, thin but warm. I did wonder if they're much cheaper because they're a blended fabric but the tag says they're still 97% merino and I just checked out icebreaker they used a blended fabric too
I suppose they're a bit unfashionable, the black pants and hoodie together looks a little derro. The hoodie on its own is not bad though

I imagine it's to get it so thin and also to keep it machine washable. Traditional woollen jumpers are generally pretty thick and heavy I think. Also I guess both would be using woollen offcuts and so the polyester is used to bind it together
