I have the problem of sleeping too much;I sleep 9-12 hours per day/night. I came across Buteyko method which claims cold conditions reduce sleep NEED(meaning actually -need- less sleep ,as opposed to sleep deprivation). now;is it really a good idea to sleep cold?Any of you ever had to endure cold in a mountain,forest,etc? will it increase mental power,skin resistence,or any benefit? >also,we can discusss the evolutionary impact of cold conditions on human evolution. nordics,for example.
