I've only ever done overnights and 2 night backpacking trips.
Is there anything I should know for a 105 mile hike? 22k ft of elevation gain if that matters.
I'm thinking it will take 5-7 days
Any tips for what to bring for food? Have 3 days worth of mtnhouse meals I got for free.
Thinking fresh meat for night 1, ramen, peanut butter, something like cliff bars, instant rice/mash potatoes.
