I am planning a backpacking trip from Cherokee to Asheville via the 1st and second segments of the MST.
I live in Atlanta so I am hopping onto a casino bus run by some Korean guy that only costs me $40.
Once I get to Asheville I am going to pop off the trail and hike into town to a hotel and walk over to the airport.
You can do a pretty cool backpacking trip on that route if you try.
