With 20 hp and not too much weight in the boat max speed is around 14 knots.
It does not plane however which is good for me at least. It means that insurance is dirt cheap, no restrictions regarding alcohol and it is really economic, around 7 liters per hour at full speed.
We have had some quite nasty accidents here so the police is really on the ass of those fast boats.
