My store started carrying these. They're 10.05 oz and quite a bit fatter than a tuna pouch, but approximately the same dimensions otherwise.

Basically nothing in there you can't pronounce or don't know what it is.
There's only like 3-4 different flavors, and I haven't tried them all yet. I'm gonna go back and clear them out.
Not a vegetarian, but I can empathize, and also the food is sometimes good.
