So guys i'm looking for a new folder knife
I already own several fixed blade but i want a light carry one
I won't be batoning with it (i don't baton with my knives unless i have no choice, i find it stupid to do so)
Already have a machete for light carry and a axe for long trip
A friend of mine suggest me to go with a spyderco knife but i don't anyone who have experience with one

What brand do you guys use or can suggest me?

My Spyderco Delica has been in my possession for seven years now. I haven't owned a lot of pocket knives so I don't know how to rate it, but it's light, locks with a satisfying click, feels good in my hand and seems to keep its edge.

I'm not really sure what set of tasks is implied by bushcrafting. I use it for cutting cordage, whittling or feathering wood, gutting fish, and eating dinner.
It's harder than my carbon steel knife to sharpen of course, but I don't know how it compares to other stainless steels.

The Leeka dn Blur are both made in Cascadia and assisted opening, you can't go wrong with either one.

Opinel never failed me for at least 7 years and still going strong, not a wood prep knife though, more for food, spines also throws some mean sparks from a firesteel and you can do it with the blade closed so you get godtier grip and no chance of cutting yourself

Lone Wolf is owned by benchmade and their knives are really good but also more reasonably priced.

As an alternative, consider the (mini) griptilian. it;s probably going to be my next purchase when I buy another folder.

Also, have you considered buying a multitool instead of a folder?

I have this Leatherman knife and I am quite pleased by it until now. Can't find any cons to it. for a short blade (6.6cm blade) knife.

It didn't rust until now, although I didn't use it that much outdoors yet. But I can't see a valid way in which stainless steel of this quality can rust so easily except maybe exposing it to some sort of acids..

As I said, I didn't use it that much yet, but I didn't see any need to sharpen it since I bought it, seems to have retained it's edge until now.
As for the lock - the most sturdy one I have encountered, both for the blade and the bottle opener.
I fully recommend it, although you should of course check out other reviews before you buy it (especially videos) since knives are not my specialty.

Well I bought it this afternoon, got home, cut up an apple, rinsed it off and dried it. A few hours later, a tiny rust spot under the name. Maybe a bad batch of steel?

Still, it seems to be a good little knife for $15. Nice and light and sharp and I won't cry if I lose it.

Seconding. Been wearing a delica for ~12 years now and it's still very sharp and looking good despite daily use. Steel is ATS-55 (not saying that's good, but I know they vary a lot and just specifying.)

Upkeep consists of scrubbing with food grade mineral oil occasionally. There's zero rust, and the sharp edge has a couple very tiny chips.
