basically the Friend I went with had a super negative attitude the entire trip, bitching about anything that could be bitched about. (My feet are wet, it's too hard to hike up the sand, I wish we had and hamburger meat but the stores are all closed, there's a couple mosquitoes here), a general lack of interest in anything, and on the fourth day of the trip (the first two day being mostly driving to the camp site), he got super sunburned because he doesn't understand how to use sunscreen. he was in so much pain apparently that he decided he was not only unable to hike, but also not able to stay at the campsite or anywhere near, and needed to go home immediately. I found out about this, by waking up at 6:30 to all of my gear taken out of the car, and him telling me that he has to leave now, and no we can't stay another day, and if I want to stay any longer I could rent a car. but since we're over a thousand miles from home, thatll cost me at least $1200. he had no remorse or anything. it was perfectly logical to him.
so we left after spending two and a half days hiking, and ultimately three days driving, and me getting back home at three in the morning.
>pic related was a waterfall that took 30 mins to hike to, that he didn't feel like walking to after him saying he wants to see a waterfall on day one. his reaction to me showing him the pic, was a resounding, "nice".
