I take it before I hike and it helps distract me.
You can pretty easily tailor the dose to your tolerance. I think a dropper is 20mg in the formulation I get and I usually take 1-2 droppers full.
I bring it wherever I go.

Plus tincture tends to be rather affordable since it isn't especially popular as a formulation.
I just put it under my tongue, take a sip of water, swallow, and then guzzle down more water because it tastes terrible and it burns if you let it sit.
>>2135089They sell different strengths of tincture usually. Mine is supposed to be 2% thc and when I had no tolerance 1/3 of a dropper got me pretty high, and now 2 droppers gets me high and my tolerance doesn't go much above that because I don't tend to take it every day.
