Depending on the brand they're tasty enough to eat without even warming them. Beef Soup is like stew except without the caked up grease, and tends to have that beefy rusty flavor. Sirloin Burger campbell's soup comes close but I prefer to warm those.
Crackers and Easy Cheese
And protip if you can get cheap shells & cheese with the actual cheese packet - thats the equivalent of Easy Cheese can and easier to carry - and forces you to use it up faster so you eat more of the crackers. Ill also eat bread scraps with it too.
Crunchy Peanut Butter jar
One spoonful at a time. Chase it down with water. After a few spoons I lose interest and its filling, and makes you focus on other things. Actually makes Water desirable to drink.
Candy
Usually Nerds candy or Gobstoppers, stuff with intense sour and fruity taste. But is a small enough package you cant just keep eating on it. Satisfies that instinctual desire for Berries after having Meat.
Almonds + Chocolate Chips
Custom trail mix, fairly simple. Ideally id prefer Carob Bean Chips, or Dark Chocolate chips.
Salmon Can
The big can with the funny taper to it that has a big chop of fish in it with the crumbly bones and all that sorta thing.
But frankly its low on the list.
> In a perfect worldAdd Beef Jerky to the list
But right now its the price of gold.
