I'm an Aussoid too but don't have any experience with native mushrooms, just cubensis that I've acquired elsewhere. Probably good to talk to an experienced forager in person or online

I am new to shroom game in general, but how credible are the nootropic mushrooms such as lion's mane? It sounds too good to be true from some of the claims I see online and honestly sounds woo-woo to me.

I like to just buy Lion's Mane Mushroom powder in bulk and add to meals like muesli, baking, salad dressings, and so on.

Mushrooms are really fun. I just sat in a hammock coming to terms with my mortality and listening to music for 6 hours would recommend. Also had a deer come up to me during that, shit was cash.
