Humpbacks, greys, and orcas, mostly around the Strait of Juan de Fuca during June/July when I'm out fishing. Saw some harbor porpoises out on the water earlier today, though pretty far, maybe 2-300yds away. Very interesting to watch, and they've gotten quite close to the boat before. Motors were off drift fishing, not intentionally harassing them mind you. Absolute closest was a whale that got lost in a harbor one day, and surfaced about 5 feet away from the end of the dock. I managed to spin around just in time to see all the barnacles on his back and tail.
The Orcas quite frequently follow around the fishing trawlers and try and mooch fish off the nets. You quite often see a pod following the boats out.
