All of these first aid kits are toys, get some proper wound stuffing gauze or coagulant powder, put a few super glue bottles in there and a suture or stapler, tweezers, forecepts, bandaids, some pain killer pills and topical. Neosporin is neat but so is stuff like xeroform gauze for dressing horrible wounds.

Chlorhexidine gluconate soap or 3% liquid in a pen size spray bottle would be highly useful for actually sterilizing equipment and wounds in the /out/
Alcohol used in tandem with it to clear debries
Superglue fixes most bandaid wounds, and small cuts from knives, it's what most hospitals would use anyway.
Put it all in a waterproof bag and molle pouch then forget about it until you need it.
