23.kg Lightest and shortest canoe I've ever use, guess that's why it feels more like a kayak when solo paddling
Has a nice natural cruising speed if you don't want to power stroke and change hands, glides very well on a stroke
But it is by far the speediest canoe I've ever been in if you really lay it in. Which is very nice

Update Not gonna get them to replace the canoe just because it was a little bent on the top because it tracked perfectly in the water and they took so long to get a guy out to replace it Instead I got them to knock the price off AND then I bought this for 7.000dkk instead og 11.500dkk So now I will have 2 cannoes, one that paddles great solo, small and easily handle able and one that should be super fishing stable It's the wenonah backwater God how am I gonna get 2 canoes on a Saab 95. Christ

i discovered a fun paddling technique, you lean forward and paddle your arms through the water like you are doing front crawl. it works well for coming into the shallows or beaching the boat cause you can scull your hands. just watch out for piranhas. pic unrelated just a nice gumotex boat

decided to try a kneeling stance in my dinghy today and hot damn is it ever better than sitting with your legs forward. i folded the seat down, skooted up towards the bow and stuffed all my gear in the back 2/3rs of the boat and was motoring in high gear all the way down the river

One thing I am running into though is pain in my big toes because they end up being pressed, might just need to loosen the ol' joints with more trips!
Got absolutely demolished by rain but it was fun, also nice trying them out In more complex weather
