Please recommend a cheap, and small sleeping bag, 10 celsius at the lowest temprature should be fine. I'm in the UK

Cheap small and zero degree doesn’t exist in the sleeping bag world. If you want it to be small and warm you have to spend money on it. Sleeping bags are one of the most essential pieces of kit it’s worth saving and spending more on it.

Layers are everything. Don't get a 10C bag though. Get something with a lower temp rating and add a cheap sleeping bag lines and tights.

Also rectangle bags don't pack down as small and wont hold heat as well.
Despise this I stick with mine because I like the room and don't mind the extra weight/room it takes.

The teprature at night isn't dipping below 14 celsius, Could I ditch the sleeping bag and just use a sleeping mat for inside my tent, and wear clothes?

Go to decathlon and pick up a cheap one. You probably want it before autumn so dont buy from aliexpress. You could most likely do without either sleeping bag OR tent in the uk right now though
