I was at sea for a week on the Mediterranian and there was a pine forrest where I walked barefoot as much as I could. Later I started walking barefoot on beaches full of sharp rocks.

Skin on the feet got drastically better within a week - at first I had to pull out pine needles that pierced it and got a few small cuts from rocks but as days passed, feet were like rhino skin, not only that, but overall stability, posture and grip when barefoot was fantastic. When switching to shoes Ive noticed how cramped the feet is to them even if you have some shoes with wider toeboxes, what are some brands that dont look obnoxious that can allow feet in the shoe develop in a healthy way? Is the (((fly kicks))) industry destroying our feet?
