Do you trespass onto private property? Why or why not?
I live on the outskirts of a decently sized town and there are several large parcels of woodland (10+ acres) that are completely untouched. They are private property and there are POSTED signs but I'd be a liar if I said I never went trespassed there. I understand they don't want people to hunt or kids to destroy it with ATVs but is it really a problem if I just go and check it out?
