Like imagine an extra skin pouch on your body to store some stuff, or keep a waterbottle warm to prevent it from freezing. Or generally speaking an implanted waterpouch you can fill up and have a straw up to your mouth you can trink from. Or a metalframe directly attached to your spine for optimal weight distribution. Or having your fingernails replaced with retractable firestones. Would be interesting to look into.
