Any upstate New Yorkers around? Would love to go hiking by myself this summer, but have no idea where to begin. I used to go camping up at Stillwater as a boy but since then I've enjoyed the outdoors by going for daily walks and/or bike rides when it's warm enough, and sitting outside on my back porch at night listening to music or watching the stars. I think I'm long overdue for an extended stay in nature.
