Board suggestion: Can we please ban all frogposters?

Look at the catalog and see how many threads we would lose and see how many of those are just shitposting troll threads. I'm sure they'd just come back in some other guise, but at least a knife thread or something is pretending to be /out/. Kick out the lowest level trolls.
