I lived out of a van for 2 months on a water access only logging road in January/Feb. I was next to a hot spring so the cold/wet wasn't so bad. Had to pay handsomely for the barge trip

I basically ate a steady diet of rice and beans, canned beef & crushed tomatoes and cabbage salads.

I could have done it for at least 4 months but some rednecks came and shot their guns and blew off explosives and told me to leave.

My biggest regret is letting them bully me out because since Ive returned to regular society it's been one load of shit after another.

Can’t be done. Once I went into the mountains on foot ( semi hitchhiking ) to try and find an old friend who I served in the army with. Got hassled by police in the small mountain town I was passing by, they basically told me to move on which I felt was a violation of my rights so I stayed and let’s just say it was quite the caper
