>>2186959>Is such a practice accepted in your country, or do you consider yourself the odd one out among your peers? It's accepted, but obviously the serious FKK practitioners do it only in designated areas, which are clearly marked so those who don't want to see naked bodies can keep away from it.
There's some areas reserved for naturalist hiking but I've never been there. A friend has a sauna and a pool, and if the weather is nice after the sauna the gang just sits at the poolside naked.
>Do you feel as if there's some additional value to the experience of getting /out/ sans clothing (where practical) compared to covering up?I personally think that being naked around other naked people makes you more humane and teaches you we're all human beings. Every body has blemishes, defects and asymmetries, but the person is the same with or without clothes. Without lighting, make-up, posing and all that garbage people don't look like models from magazines anyway. You learn to appreciate people without judging them for their appearance.
Someone freaking out because others are having a good time just sitting around in the sun is a good indicator that individual is probably a very shitty person.
>>2205467>the benefit from nudism is a positive image of yourselfPretty much this.
But those who suffer from extreme shyness benefit from being nude alone too: it gets one used to the idea that you are still a functional human being even when not all wrapped up. I'd always advice these people to start slowly, however, like sleeping without underwear but still using a pajama.
