I have a polo kayak (like on pic rel.) and took it on the local lake in winter. Out of nowhere rain started and the waves were huge. It was great. I couldn't see anything pass the prow. I thought I was gonna die, and I was freezing and by the time I reached the shore where my car was, the sun was down. But god, that was so great now when I look back on it.
Similar thing happened to me when we were on the lake on K4, winter, huge rain, unique atmosphere. We started the sprint, cut through the waves. And somehow we ended up in the freezing water. We got onto the coach's motorboat and back to the kayak, but this practice had to end a little sooner than usual. Hated it at the moment, but now I love this memory
