Just snip that zip tie on the black shroud, peel it back, undo the bowline in the cord and then larks head a continuous loop on. Now you can becket hitch to the continuous loop, put cinch buckles on the continuous loops, or attach it to some whoopie slings.
Better yet, don't buy a bulky outdated Hennessy to begin with, though. Warbonnet, Dream, Superior Gear, all make way better stuff.
