The Z60CDV14 steel is nothing to write home about, 0.6% carbon, 14% chrome, .6 molybdenum and a bit of vanadium. zknives calls it somewhat similar to AUS-8. Will hold an edge for a bit, but nobody gets excited for it these days because it's not all that great.
What gives the knife a bit of value and sets it apart is the stag scales, those aren't exactly common especially in modern knives. Also the liners are titanium. I'm not sure what a realistic value would be, but somewhere in-between 100 and 250 could be appropriate. Not for the mediocre steel, but the possible rareness and the stag.
Personally, I wouldn't carry it though, a bit too fancy ad I'd be worried about damaging the natural material. Aus-8 is better suited to use-focused knives like the RAT.
