What are your favourite ways of securing hair when going outdoors? I love me a tight double bun which is really quick to make but braid is overall the top choice for me as time consuming as it is.

Also, are there any known ways of female soldiers securing their hair? I guess if anyone has a well working and solid methos it should be them.
