There is a large tree covered hill near my house. Many many people use this to walk their dogs and I use it often to spend hours alone in the woods as, being in an urban area, that’s hard to find near me. Theses woods also had a cemetery in the 1830s- 1900s which is now only a few headstones. The reason I’m posting this is because these very rich people who just moved in next to the woods are trying to have it Rezoned from open space to residential area so they can buy it. I’ve contact my local officials, I’m planning on attending the hearing, and I’ve been putting up flyers around my neighborhood. What else can be done? What are the chances this actually happens? Do you have any similar experiences? Thanks
