>>2209208>What skillsWell shelter building is always a good one, foraging skills as well, you learn this by just fucking reading and doing it, not many "classes" you there, you just gotta do it.
>If water is goodGeneral rule of thumb, is if its a fast moving stream, the odds of it being good to drink are very high. If its run off from snow pack, even better chances. If its standing water, be cautious. Depending on the water table you can actually find wet earth and dig down and find water it wont be clean of dirt but it usually will be safe to drink. Best/easiest way to purify it, is boil it for 10 min that will kill your algi, bacteria, and any pathogens.
>Should i always be in company Until you are familier with the lands, yes. Most people get fucked because they were inexperienced and ended up biting off more then they could chew, came ill prepared, or ended up getting injured and no one knew where the fuck they were.
The best way to get good at nomad/survival is to take it a bit at a time, and start small, then over time you find out what you need, what you dont need, what works, what does not work.
Start with like a single night outting, find a trail hike all day, camp, hike back.
Do that for a while, once you figure it out, make it a 2 day outing, then a 3 day outting, then 4, 5 a week, ect ect, and find out what you need to survive off the land for that time.
As for tools, again, that comes with experience you might think you need something only to find out you never fucking used it. The obvious brain dead gotta have it, gotta need it.
Good knife, fire starter, shelter, and warmth.

The important thing is getting into the squatting positions, as like i said, opens your cheeks so there is like almost no need to wipe.
