Does anyone know where I might be able to find listings for simple cabins to rent in Europe? I'm looking through all the usual 'holiday rental' places like Airbnb and
Booking.com and it's all fancy catered shit. I don't want to be served breakfast, I don't need/want wifi, I don't need a hot shower and a steam room and a jacuzzi, I just want a simple four walls and a roof that I can use as a base while hiking around exploring for week or so. Does this exist or is the whole rental industry catering exclusively to glampers? Where should I look or what search terms should I be using?
Ideally I'd like to find somewhere in the Balkans, but I'm pretty much open to anywhere with forests and mountains/hills.
