Basically, on the weather garments, the Gore-Tex they use is a version of Gore-Tex Pro that's designed for the military, so it's got better ripstop than regular Gore Pro.
Aside from that, build quality is much better than vanilla Arc'Teryx, and there's some extra tactical stuff added like velcro on the arms for patches and stuff.
As for their tactical pants and shirts, good luck getting one because Arc'Teryx is getting restructured because of chinks and LEAF is going through some changes, but what I can say about them is that they're very technical and they're very nice and comfortable, but I don't have something like Cryes to compare them to.
