looking to get a new axe gb hunters axe or gb small forest axe which would you recommend and why? anyone allready own one of these willing to chime in?

mainly daytrip camping,maybe to fell small/medium trees for leantoo building and such,while i fish alot i don't hunt often so the rounded poll of the hunter would not be necessary,but i never camp in a tent either so the ¨hammer¨ part of the forest would allso be unecessary.asking mainly for chopping power/portability aswell as comfort/price.

I have a hultafors small forest axe and it's good for everything I need (splitting wood, felling small to mid sized trees, etc)and very reliable tool. I don't know think the differences between the 2 would be all that apparent, get the one that fits your specific needs and price would be my advice

I have the small forest axe. If you want my opinion, it's that I would bring a fiskers hatchet before I'd pack the GB, if I was backpacking. If I wasn't backpacking, I'd bring a boys axe because it's more capable and less frustrating than using the smaller axe.
And the GB was quite expensive compared to either of the other axes.
