I never really get like that, too engrossed in a conversation, I'm always a little on edge , using my attention and brain on my surroundings at near all times.
I've always been one to look behind me left and right and check corners.
So I was cautious before this.
Never helped with making friends but... Lol
But I said to the 2 guys in front I whispered guys I think we're being followed look around there behind us.
Do you think that's a flashlight?
We stood still.
Flashlight then went off when we stopped. The guy was walking slowly, quietly.
Then one of my normie friends was like yeah RUN!
He was actually pretty quick, could tell he was trying to escape and leave us behind.
Then we bolted, the guy started running after us screaming stop stop!
We didn't listen and kept running, eventually we made it out after 20 minutes to were our car was parked on the street.
(Luckily wasn't a big forest ) so maybe you'd be safer if you went to a deeper one.
But we waited a while since the guy followed us the whole way, was only about 2 minutes behind us to see if hed come out, just wanted to see him in case he was genuine, felt more confident out of the place. With some housing about. (The forest started outside a fairly populated street in the town with 30 houses each side.) Of course he didn't come out after all that following lol.
But if I wasn't there, good chance my two gormless friends would have got caught.
Anymore details just ask.
Maybe I'm just not explaining the part you want to hear. It's difficult to explain it since it's so vivid in my mind I miss some of the details cause the events come as simple and natural to me.
(Can be difficult explaining details which come to my mind automatically too much detail to know what you want).
