I remember watching one of those game warden reality TV shows and some rookies bagged a moose. They were too impatient to let it come down the mountain and had to butcher it where it fell- heavy brush on the mountain side only accessible by foot. They were cutting it into pieces by hand that were small enough to carry so they didn't get a wonton waste charge. That was some funny shit.
