I go a bit off trail, dig a hole, shit in it. I wipe once using a tissue, use a hiking bidet to clean my ass (I use a CuloClean) and dry with another tissue. Then I wash my hands with a drop of soap. Afterwards, I mix the shit, water and tissues with a stick, fill up the hole and push the stick in the ground to mark the spot, so others will know not to dig there. Finally, I rub my hands with hand sanitizer.

You get a US army e tool. Dig a hole at least the size of your head. Fold the tool to the pick configuration. Put it on the handle end and sit one ass cheek on the back edge of the blade.

Poop, wipe, fill hole, pat the dirt down and the. Spread some leaves or such to camouflage the fresh dirt.

When I cannot find the correct leaf I use these amazing things called 'toilet paper pills' they're biodegradable. I also use them for washing up my year when required and for cleaning my face.

Add a couple drops and they expand. Supposedly they're a favourite of SoG operators. With practice you can wipe your entire ass with just one.
