Hard to tell without having personal experience with the model, no idea how much room is there and whether the seats fold flat. It also depends how stealth you want to be, and what kind of temperatures do you want to camp in etc.
If you just care for stealth and don't want to actually live in it full time, the only modification I'd do is window tint within the legal limit of your area AND some sort of mounting system for curtains so you can blackout the interior when sleeping in it. Other than that just put a sleeping pad on the folded down seats and sleep in a sleeping bag. Or just regular foam mattress instead of a sleeping pad but not sure how much space you have with the three row seating. Just keep gear in bag and crates.
