How does /out/ deal with an upset tummy during or before an outing ?
I like to eat very fiberous 1 week before outings so my poop is hard and clean

Coffee in the morning to keep the movement regular, water to keep hydrated, a balanced diet, and not trying to hold it in all day. Peppermint helps with upset stomach, but doesn’t help with acid reflux. Ginger will help as well.
