How much should I expect to pay for a decent portable yurt? Is it possible to just buy the fame for a yurt? I'd like to make my own outer material out of felt like the Mongolians did. There's this video I found of how to make felt and it doesn't seem too difficult.

Those aren't big enough. I need something I can walk around in without having to crouch down. I specifically said yurt because they seem to be the perfect size and shape for my purposes.

not sure what you mean by this. yurts need to be assembled and depending on the size that can take a few days. also, depending on the size we're talking hundreds of pounds of material and framing.
If you want something big enough to stand up in and also be portable then I would look at getting a canvas tent

Yeah...
But it'll take a while to assemble, it's not really "portable". About as portable as a circus tent. Sure, you can disassemble shit and move it, but it takes time and effort.
The other anon isn't wrong, look into a canvas tent/wall tent (same shit, different name).
Looks comfy, can be had with a floor if that's your thing, stove jack, etc..

I just bought a 30 foot diameter Yurt to put up on my river lot, I'm going to airBnB it. At $300 a night (below average for the area, but only a little), I'm going to have to rent it out 120 nights to pay it off, but that includes the expense of hiring a contractor to clean and prep it between guests.

It should be paid off in about a year and a half, and I expect the Airbnb revenue to pay off my loan on the property in 5 or so.
