Battery Powered Heat Blankets?

Anyone running battery powered heat blankets for a little extra warmth at night while winter camping? There seems to be a couple made in the USA, most from China, but all of them seem to run proprietary batteries. Do any of them run 18650s or possible to be powered by usb battery bank?

A usb battery pack, like the kind you can charge your phone from, seems too small to heat an electric blanket for the night. From a quick google search though, i see that they do make larger battery packs with AC outlets. Just get one of those.

Active heating is heavier than just taking normal insulation with you. And a blanket is just about the least efficient way to apply heating. Then again, if you're car camping and carry large batteries, why ever not.

They make tiny heating pads you can plug into a usb battery. They don't warm up very much but it's better than nothing. Unless it bursts into flames because it's chinese crap.
