I rode for 2 hours yesterday which is the most I’ve done since I was a kid but my buttcheeksnever got this sore before.
Is it even possible to keep your bottom from getting sore while riding?

Padded shorts do make a difference, but simply riding more will get your butt used to it and it should stop hurting so much. You could try a different saddle if it's chafing a lot. Also it looks like your saddle is really low

and I rode a bike a LOT in the past. Now I don't ride at all, because it gave me hemorrhoids and some sort of permanent butt pain when I ride bikes now, like a scar under my ass skin that makes a pressure point when I sit on a bike seat for too long.

Yes they do. But what >>2261028 said is also true, riding more will condition your sitbones and you will tolerate more. That's fine for a ride to the store but padded shorts are pretty essential for long rides.

And if you didn't know your seat was too low you shouldn't be riding a bicycle, it makes a big difference on comfort.

Your seat is probably too low, for a start.
From what I understand, those big saddles aren't what you want to have for long rides. It might seem counterintuitive but something smaller and stiffer is better. The Brooks saddles (especially the B17) are very famous among bike tourers. You need to break them in though.
I'm using pic related right now, it's the one that came with this used bike and it's nothing fancy. Longest bikepacking trip I did was 3 nights. It's not the most comfortable and you feel it after a few days, but it's okay. You definitely get accustomed to the pain with the time. It hurts in the mornings when you get on the saddle but the pain fades away as you ride.
I'm probably gonna upgrade to a Brooks B17 for my weeks-long ride next year.

padded shorts are a fucking joke. you need a good, firm saddle of the correct width for your ass bones. it needs to be at the right height, or any/all saddles will hurt. never, ever nose down like this retard suggests. nose down means you slide forward onto your taint, effectively neutering yourself, and place excess weight on your wrists, which leads to pain and nerve damage.

yup, but as my dad always says, you gotta destroy your ass first, in order for it to not hurt... i know it sounds fucking gay, but first 3 months on bike were pure torture for me, after that i got accustomed and i can drive whole day with minor pain starting after 6-7h of driving
