/out/door cooking thread

Anyone have easy recipes for outdoor cooking/food? I'll provide one for Bannock that my grandma gave to me:
Reccomend:
A Cast Iron Pan (Heavy as fuck, but lasts forever and easy maintenance)
Need:
Flour (roughly 2 hand fulls)
Baking Powder (a hand full or less)
Cinnamon
Brown Sugar
Berries (Doesn't really matter, use whatever you can find. Personally I enjoy wild blackberries.)
Water (milk if you are able to pack any)

1. Mix 2 handfuls of flour, one handful of baking powder, and a bit of cinnamon and sugar (brown sugar is best sugar)
2. Stir it up in a bowl, making a nice dough.
3. Add your berries, because otherwise it's pretty bland
4. Place dough in pan or on sticks that have been coated in an oil or lard
5. Place it above fire till nice and solid on the outside. (Time isn't easily a given when cooking outdoors)
6. Take out of pan/sticks. Break that shit up. Don't cut it, break it. Why? Fuck you that's why,
