Where would you rather live?
For context I'm an NJfag who's tired of living in suburbs with retarded boomers and faggots who hang gay flags on their lawn. The problem is I can't exactly fuck off to the middle of nowhere because of my family, so I've been considering moving to the outskirts of the state where it isn't so bad. Both places are majority white, strongly republican, and not too expensive to live in.
I don't want to go full Ruby Ridge LARP, but I do want at least 10 or so acres to raise pigs and chickens and maybe some crops.

Mountains
>slightly more expensive to live here
>land is more expensive
>good soil for farming
>differences in elevation
>amish people
>might as well bite the bullet and move to Pennsylvania
Coastal plain
>cheap
>close to beach
>sandy and acidic soil not that good for farming
>very flat
>low population with lots of untouched forest
