I recommend Koska brand as it's one of the most popular, so quality is consistent. But there are of course much better brands.
The main issue with ordering from abroad would be freshness. I only buy them (maybe once a few years) in the morning when they've just been made.
You could try to experiment with microwaving them for varying seconds to regain the elasticity. But only consume after it's cooled off.
