I'm writting a thesis on gun culture and usage around the world. Most of the normal countries — not like US or Brazil or anything in Africa — require you provide a good reason for requesting a gun licence, with statistics showing that hunting is the most popular reason across the board (Finland, most parts of the UK, France, Germany, Poland).
I'm a hunter myself, so I would like to dedicate a bit more of the paper to hunting and how it is regulated around the world. If you are a hunter yourself, please share some info. Sure I can and have read all the laws, bills and so on, but it's one thing to have administrative knowledge and another thing is talking to people which ahd to go through the process.
