For night activities I use my G-Shock with the LED.
Not all the time, though, because I live in the city where there are street lights everywhere.
I still say the A158 is the best "out of the box" watch because of the bracelet.
Easily adjusted, surprisingly durable, very light weight.
It's the best beater watch; better than the G-Shock in my estimation.
If you absolutely have to have an F-91W (same module as the A158), I'd get adapters for a better strap.
I have like five of the little buggers and I love them all.
Take me with a grain of salt.
In all honesty, almost all of the small Casios are excellent beaters.
My main complaint with most of them is the resin straps typically break after a couple years; hence the adapters for better straps.

Bigger than the A158, better back light and more wrist presence.
The only issue I have with it is it pinches more hairs than the A158.

Seriously, though, if you get an F-91W get a better strap on it, you won't regret it.
