On an IA handcrew this summer and we had a all-girl saw team. Obviously wasn't as good as our other saw team that was guys, but we got on a fire with a sister crew from another district on our forest and they cut fucking circles around those guys. We were bringing the dig in behind the sister crews' saws and it was like I was in a different fucking world. So much fucking shit left behind and couldn't cut a swath to save their fucking life. Their swamper was shit too.
On average they are a fucking liability, but some are alright. Honestly the worst thing a girl on a crew can do is cause the guys to implode on each other because they can't handle being in proximity of a pussy, seen in many many times.
