I mean I suggest you move there but only because jeeps are always aggressive assholes on the road and I want you far from me.
Bend is ok but it's DRY as hell and very, very cold.
You still have snowpack at at 5000ft into July sometimes so that's gonna really limit your hiking.
It gets down to -10F in the winter and you will need studded tires if you don't already have them for your cars AND bikes.
