just put dubbin/beeswax/boot polish on them with a brush the suede side will do a good job absorbing it then it will be fine with water

For suede and nubuck you can just go over it with a stiff brush. Suede brushes with nylon and brass bristles are convenient and easy to find.
Stains can usually be worked out with a regular pencil eraser.
For the record, timbs is waterproof. You might get water staining in the nubuck but you can always rinse it out with more water.

If you REALLY don't want any water in the suede at all you can always go over it with normal boot wax, although you'll probably need more than normal and this will change the look a lot if you care about that sort of thing.

the brand didnt matter to me that much but i was just concerned that it was made of a material that stains the minute you go outside

my hiking boots are timberland. i have no idea if theyre the same material as yours or not or if theyre stained or not. all i know is they work for hiking. nobody cares what your hiking boots look like.
