>>2326755My favorite were the two young brothers (the ones who made knives, I think one of them ended up coming back for a later season) who were really gung-ho about it. The brother who literally just had to sit at basecamp and wait for his partner to hike in ended up spraining his ankle on a root because he got nervous about his brother. Ended up tapping before his bro could even get to him lmao.
>>2317732I think I could last a few weeks, maybe a month, if I put on some weight before hand to help with the fasting. It would really depend on the location and season. The seasons that end in Winter aren't super fair imo, because they drop them in a 5x5 mile plot and don't allow them to kill certain animals. By the time winter comes there is literally no food left in their areas, and the kills most contestants make in those seasons are pure circumstance, coincidence, or just luck.
Biggest struggle I see is isolation and finding fat. Contestants seem to find protein in decent supply, but then lack the fat to actually survive and end up with rabbit sickness or malnourished. I personally think 100 days is too long if they are confined to one spot. Especially if they end up learning on day 1 that their spot is dry of resources.
