***need gardening help!***

Never posted on this board before but do any of you know whats happening to my indoor plants? I brought home a Judas Bush from Lowes last Spring and my plants started looking like pic related. The leaves just seem to vanish, but there are no bugs or eggs. I've cleaned the leaves, I've used both diluted isopropyl and Neem Oil but nothings working. The leaves act like they're getting eaten by some kind of...fungus maybe? But those two things would've worked on that. My garden groups are stumped too.
