You don't have any form of long range communication, which imo is always a negative in case something happens, but your call. It would be beneficial to add a map so your compass can allow for more accurate direction.
Also, seeing as you're expecting snow, might be a good idea to take a tent, to have a prefab shelter and keep the precipitation off you. Sure you have the tools to build your own relatively easily, but it's just extra work on the first day. Extra work, extra time searching for water, extra time purifying, etc etc.
Last I see off the top of my head would be the need for a change of clothes. Snow turns back into water, even the most water repellent gear will have a gap somewhere that isn't water tight, and it's going to miserable and dangerous to rock your same clothes all day if they ever get too wet.
Other than that, good job, you'll survive pretty solidly.
